I had Perlane injections in my decollete in June 2009 but there are lumps at the injection sites.

I had Restylane injections around my mouth 5 days ago. Lumps have formed where the needle went in!

Roy_NgRoy Ng: It is not unusual to have a few lumps and bumps - they can be massaged and should subside unless it is filler that is too close to the skin's surface in which case it will stay until it dissolves. However, if you have concerns like this, it is best to see the practitioner who performed the injections.

I had Botox in 3 areas 6 days ago but can't see a difference. Are there occassions it doesn't take?

Graham_OfferGraham Offer: Botox reliably reduces muscle activity and hence wrinkles.  Movement reduces after 2-4 days, and wrinkles appear less deep in 10-14 days. However a number of factors can affect its effectiveness.  If the solution was made too dilute, then there would be less effect.
