I had Botox in 3 areas 6 days ago but can't see a difference. Are there occassions it doesn't take?

Graham_OfferGraham Offer: Botox reliably reduces muscle activity and hence wrinkles.  Movement reduces after 2-4 days, and wrinkles appear less deep in 10-14 days. However a number of factors can affect its effectiveness.  If the solution was made too dilute, then there would be less effect.

Also, Botox starts to become less active once diluted and needs to be stored in a fridge. The manufacturers recommend that it is used within 4 hours.  If shaken or left at room temperature, it also becomes inactivated.  Another reason why you may not have noticed a difference is if the wrinkles are deep and present all of the time.  You should see your practitioner 2 weeks after the treatment to discuss the reason why the desired effect was not achieved.
